A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made:
- Cooler was 4C; thermometer present; and temps recorded 2x daily.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- The hand sink and cupboard below it is clean.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks and platforms.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles and cloth buckets had 200ppm strength. Test strips present.
- Glasswasher had [I2] of 12.5ppm. Test strips present.
- Only using the glasswasher on the right side of bar, the other glasswasher is in working order but not used.
- New curtains installed on the glasswasher, in operation, to prevent water splashing out of the machine onto the floor.
- Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules followed.
- No signs of pests.

ACTION:
Scrub the hand sink basin and drain to remove the built up debris. Recommend having the hand sink drain treated by your pest company, with a special foam that removes debris on the inner surfaces of the drain.
