Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasswasher had under 12.5 ppm Iodine during the final rinse cycle. Glasses run through the glasswasher are not being properly sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): Use the dishwasher in the back to wash glasses until the glasswasher is repaired.

Observation: There is a leaking pipe underneath the dishwasher. There is a bucket underneath it to collect water.

Comments

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held items were > 60 C.
Temperature records for all coolers up to date and chlorine records for the dishwasher are also up to date.
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse cycle had 100 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
No evidence of pests at the time of the inspection.
Overall sanitation was satisfactory.
