It is a same owner, but they have a certified Inc company now. They submitted a copy of the Incorporation paper. The following items need your attention: - Pest control company is required ( by our next inspection ) Daily temperature logs are available Please remove the fly strips from the customers area - done at the time of inspection. Hot holding unit - measured air temperature at 62C Bleach used as approved sanitizer Suggestion: all food handlers to wear protective clothing and hair control
