Operator stated the meat slicer was always cleaned and sanitized before use but not after use. Correction: Clean and sanitize the meat slicer. Follow your sanitation plan to clean and sanitize the meat slicer before and after each use. Correct by: immediately. Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # DWAG-B9JSYZ of Feb-19-2019 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: 1. Front area hand washing station was observed to be clogged. Water leakage observed near the P-trap area under the sink basin. 2. Back area hand washing station was obstructed with a can food stored inside. Correction: 1. Service/fix the front area hand washing station to ensure it is free of clog and leak. Correct by: today. 2. Remove the can from the back area hand washing station. Never store items in the hand washing station at all time. Corrected during inspection.
