Routine inspection conducted with the presence of store manager.

- General sanitation was good! No foor debris or grease built up at the hard-to-reach area.
- Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All coolers maintained at or below 4C.
- Soup in the display cooler was prepackaged from warehouse, no cooking/reheating/chilling soup practice in the kitchen.
- The cooler for marinated chicken was in a clean condition.
- Hot holding units maintained above 60C - Excellent!
- QUAT sanitizer at 3-compartment sink dispenser and in the spray bottles tested 200 ppm.
- Staff demonstrated good personal hygiene.
- No signs of pest activity during inspection.

Note: (1) tongs for hot food need to be cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours.
(2) the drain near the marinated chicken cooler needs to be scrubbed clean weekly or more frequently.
