Observation: Small blender for gommae sauce appear to have mildew on the bottom.
Correction: Please thoroughly clean and sanitize the blender.

Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)]
Observation: Hot water in handwash station by tempura station is pulsing with loud hammering sound. Possible water pressure issue.
Correction: Please repair so there is adequate hot and cold running water available. Technician arrived at end of inspection.
Comments

Faucet for kitchen handwash station replaced so that when hot water is dispensed there is no longer hammering sound.
Low temperature dishwasher remains to be working, dispensing 100ppm chlorine today.
Dishwasher log in place, make sure to include date.
Sushi bar handsink is accessible
Thermometer in both sushi bar coolers
Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle but too strong - reminder to label spray bottles.
Blender for gommae has been removed, operator is purchasing new one
No staff belongings found in kitchen
Beer removed from staff washroom; discussed using the staff washroom to store staff belongings and cleaning supplies.
*If you wish to use the staff washroom as food storage room, toilet must be removed and food must be stored away from sinks if sinks are to remain. Health approval required.
Washroom paper towel dispenser is not always functional, paper towel stands are added to counter.
Sanitation level improved but discussed that cleaning of floors must be all the way to the wall.
