Routine Inspection:

Permit delivered
- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- 200ppm quats available in spray bottles
- 3 compartment sink available; Cintas will come to install a detergent/sanitizer solution. Currently, staff is mixing sanitizer solution by hand. Provided operator with Quat test strips to ensure 200ppm sanitizer solution
**Recommended to add backsplash on three compartment sink to avoid cross contamination with meat slicer
- Ice cream area currently not in use
** Hot hold station added but not in service during inspection. Operator to maintain a temperature log every 4 hours to hot hold chicken
- Preparation cooler was 4C or lower; open air display cooler was 4C or lower
- Food storage was adequate
- No evidence of pest activity during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was good
