This location is for food and dry storage for the Wooden Spoon restaurant. Today, all food is up off of the ground and on shelves. Premises is well-organized. Continue to monitor for pests (see above). Walk in cooler air temperature is below 4 C. Upright freezer air temperature is <-18 C. Sink has hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Chemical dispensing / chemical storage is separate from food. Quats spray bottle has 200ppm - good. Staff washroom is clean and sink has hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
