Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debris observed on can opener blade and along the guard of the meat slicer.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned items. Can opener blade must be cleaned and asanitized after each use or every 2 hours of continous use which ever is lesser. Meat slicer must be dissasembled to be washed and sanitized after each use or every 2 hours which ever is lesser. If busy, can opener can be placed in dishpit to be cleaned at a later time, similarly, meat slicer must be disasembled and put into dishpit to be washed at a later time during busy operation if cannot wash immediately after.

Observation: Food debris observed underneath the cookline. Built-up of grease observed to be on exhaust hood vent above grill.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aformentioned area. Ensure underneath hard to reach areas are cleaned and sanitized daily. Exhaust hood vents should be cleaned weekly or depending on volume to prevent grease build-up. Corrected by: June 29, 2023.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer spray bottles and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 72.8C final rinse temperature. Glasswasher measured at 12.5ppm iodine.
Prep coolers, undercounter cooler, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Under counter freezer, walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized.
