- Main handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- Three compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles/designated buckets at 200ppm QUAT concentration. Test strips available for testing.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Monthly pest control inspections done through third party pest control company. June 24, 2022 report reviewed at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- All coolers at < or = 4C
- Walk in freezer = -18C (shared walk in freezer upstairs).
- Working thermometers available.
- Daily temperature log available and kept up to date.
