Kitchen:
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse cycle reached 71 C at the plate level.
Bleach sanitizer was at 100 ppm.
No evidence of pests.
Coolers were < 4 C.
Overall sanitation was satisfactory.

Main bar:
Glasswasher final rinse cycle had 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level.

Secondary bar:
Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
