Observation: Underneath the worktable at the back has a built-up of debris. Along the seams of the 3-compartment sink observed to have mould growth. Sponge used for manual washing is worn out and in unsanitary condition. The following areas observed to have a built-up of food debris:
-inside the front prep cooler.
-inside the stand-up cooler at the back.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect all the following equipment:
-underneath back worktable.
-along the seams of the 3-compartment sink
-inside the front prep cooler and stand-up cooler at the back.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. NOTE: Have a sheet documenting health checks of all employees before entering work.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottle at 100ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
All hot-holding units met health requirements. Meat cones undergo secondary cook step.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Service the wall-mount liquid soap dispenser, pump operated liquid soap bottle is a temporary fix. Ensure that paper towels are in the paper towel dispenser and not outside.
