Follow-up Inspection: - Sanitizer dispenser near Dessert Cooler is now functioning properly. Concentration of QUATs sanitizer at this dispenser = 200 ppm. - Walk-in cooler that was under service is now maintaining at temperature of 2.6 degrees Celsius. This cooler can now be used to store potentially hazardous foods. Operator signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Report will be emailed to the Operator.
