Observation #1: Fume hood greasy. [Date to be corrected by: immediately]
Observation #2: Shelves holding clean equipment are sticky [Date to be corrected by: immediately]
Correction:
Corrective Action #1: Place fume hood filters in the dishwasher to clean them. Do this at least weekly to prevent the build up of grease.
Corrective Action #2: Clean all shelving units throughly.

Follow-up inspection
The following non-critical items were corrected since last inspection:
Rubber door sweep installed on the bottom of the back door to seal the gap
Lights in food storage room were replaced
Foods are found mostly covered
Fume hood was clean, free of grease
Shelving units appear clean
