Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Comments

Summary of Inspection: At the inspection dated June 20, 2023 there were 6 children and licensee present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. The following was discussed and resources shared: - Prepayment Policy and reviewing of the Prepayment policy.( Repayment Agreements in Child Care Facilities) - Trampoline Policy Visit the CCFL website at www.fraserhealth.ca/childcare for additional resources, and links to the Legislation (CCALA and CCLR).
