Observation: Accumulation of dirt noted on flooring/ behind and under equipment, walls and dishwashing sinks.
Corrective Action(s): Deep cleaning is required for the noted area. Operator advised about the deep cleaning being done every month- frequency might need to be increased or daily cleaning to be more details.

Observation: Liquid soap dispense is not working.

- Handwashing station stocked with soap (not wall mounted see the violation code 308), paper towels and hot and cold running water
- Good hand hygiene observed
