This premises prepare and deliver school lunches to Delta, New Westminster, Burnaby and Richmond. It operates out of Delish Cakes & Pastries Food Safety and Sanitation plans are accepted. Operator has purchase two powered hot holding units (one is stored offsite). In addition, there are 4 large hot boxes, 2 sm ones (styroform padded insulation). Operator will be purchasing another 4 large and 2 sm. Total capacity will be about 300 meals (500 ml foil trays). Follow your food safety plans. Check and record cooking temperatures, food temperature before leaving the kitchen and after arrival at the school. Take the appropriate corrective action if temperature is wrong (see food safety plan). Take the thermometers with you on delivery. Hand washing station fridge temperatures, general sanitation at the premies are satisfactory. Provide the Certificate of Incorporation Health approval is granted to operate.
