General Comments:
- Hand washing sink stocked with hot/cold running water, papertowel, and liquid hand soap.
- High temperature dishwasher registered at 74.4C at plate surface.
- Walk-in cooler at or below 4C.
- Three compartment sink available with QUATs. Solution registered at ~200ppm.
- No pests observed during inspection. Orkin pest control comes monthly.

* Note: Leak or condensation dripping in walk-in cooler. Look into this and fix.
