Routine inspection

- Hand washing station fully supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- Walk-in freezer measured at or below 4 degree C. Freezers are located in dry storage room. Freezers measured at or below -18 degree C. Temperature monitoring log maintained and kept updated.
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Bleach- water solution available. Cl detected 200 ppm in the solution. Cutting boards washed and sanitized before use.
- 2 comp sink maintained. No structural concerns noted.
- Dishwasher registered at 73 degree C at the final rinse. detergent and rinse aid noted.
- Chemical stored under 2 comp sink in a safe manner.
Kitchen noted well lit.
No obvious sign of pest noted at the time of this inspection.
