Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (Food contact surfaces are not being cleaned and disinfected after use. (ie: pizza trays/tongs, utensils, etc) Items not being stored in a sanitary manner or in sanitary storage containers. Storage bins noted soiled with food debris. Wiping cloths being stored ontop of prep lines.)

Reinspection based on previous inspection report.
- Food Storage: Improved. All food/ingredients are to be stored in covered, food grade containers. Do not store any items in original metal containers. No double stacking of food storage containers are permitted when saran wrap is being utilized to cover food items.
- Mechanical Dishwasher: Low Temp (chlorine): Ok. Ensure all food contact surfaces are being washed and disinfected after use, prior to storage. All items are to be stored in a sanitary manner in order to prevent post contamination. Shelving/storage racks are to be kept clean and organized at all times.
- Sanitation: Improvements noted. Facility is to be kept clean and organized at all times. Cleaning of "hard to reach" areas is to be conducted regularly. (ie: behind/under equipment, etc) All unused items are to be removed in order to free up space and reduce clutter. Note: Sanitation is part of an effective rodent control program.
- Garbage, Recycling, Composting and Oil Storage: All items are to be stored in covered bins. Area cleaned. Good work.
- Structurally: An ongoing effort is required to keep all surfaces in good repair.
- Pest Control: Maintain a rodent control program. Monitoring is required.
