Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Shaved off donair meats were stored on ice under ambient room temperature. Internal temperature of the meats were measured at 23C and ice bath was shallow and did not cover the whole metal insert where donair meats were storing. Manager stated the meats were shaved off half an hour ago.
Corrective Action(s): Manager moved the aforementioned meats into walk-in cooler. When using ice bath for cooling, the bath should be immersing the food container.

- Walk-in freezer functional.
- Hot food hot held above 60C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in spray bottle.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 73C at the plate level.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
