Follow-up Inspection: Copy of FOODSAFE certificate submitted. Declaration for Fee waived status form submitted. Copy of Society legal documents submitted. Handwashing station equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Temperature of cooler = 2.1C. Temperature of freezer = -19.4C. Thermometers available for both cooler and freezer. Concentration of chlorine (bleach) sanitizer in spray bottle = 200ppm. All surfaces smooth impervious and easy to clean. All holes in ceiling and walls patched and sealed. High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 71.4C at dish level after final rinse cycle. The following requires your attention: Knob of cold water at hand sink does not go back all the way. Repair or replace knob to fully access cold water at the hand sink.
