-Follow-up inspection to March 26, 2019. -Operator has successfully completed FoodSafe Level 1 on April 9, 2019. FoodSafe Level 1 is valid until April 9, 2024. Conditions of the Public Health Act Correction Order issued March 26, 2019 has been met. Public Health Act Order has been rescinded. -Operator has obtained a new whisk. Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order. -Insert is no longer being placed under burger patty press. -Operator is to ensure all staff adhere to good hand hygiene practices. Gloves must be changed when they become potentially contaminated. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
