Hand washing stations equipped with hot and cold running water and liquid soap and paper towels.
Coolers < 4 C and equipped with thermometers
Freezer < - 18 C

Bleach water sanitizer (one at front sushi area and one in kitchen prep area) at 100 ppm concentration. (1 capfull bleach in bucket of water) Do not use ketchup bottle for bleach storage.
Flooring has been replaced where broken laminate was found last inspection.
Sushi counter has been refinished as needed. New chaulk has been
Dishwasher reached 50 ppm concentration after few runs.
Pest control in place. Bi-monthly checks are being done by contracted company.
