-Cooler temprature: 4 o C
-Freezer temp:21 - 0 C
*Temperature logs: data for July not being recorded all other data were ok- ensure to record monitoring data on daily basis
-Bleach spray sanitizer at 100 ppm residual
-Domestic dishwasher on site
-General sanitation (floors, underneath equipment) good
-Hot lunches twice per month
*Left a thermolable to check temp of domestic dishwasher: please run it through and send an email to fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca no later then Monday July 10/2017
- Discussed procedure re: cleaning and sanitizing food contact surfaces and toys- discuss: procedures re: vomit& diarrhea contamination and norovirus issues
