-Pizza also supplied by Jim's pizza and hot held in pizza warmer
-temp logs in place for pizza and soup
-pizza and soup both over 60C
-Transportation, storage and dishwashing plan in place
-hand sink fully equipped
-all temps met health requirements
-bleach at 100ppm
-temperature logs to be maintained daily
-glass washer at 12.5ppm Iodine
-brewery hand sink equipped with soap and paper towels
-quats for dishwashing at 200ppm
-Growlers are rinsed at front, customer to clean as per liquor board requirements.
-Back of house cleaning and sanitizing with Sodium Hydroxide, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Hydroxide, Triphosphoric Acid, Sodium Hypochlorite Oxonia Active and Iodophor.
