Is a rental/commissary kitchen for other vendors, each have their own dry storage closets and coolers/freezers that they are responsible for. Refer to file for updated list of vendors.

General:
Room beside main kitchen has various mixers/equipment used by the vendors. There is also a 3 compartment sink and handwash sink inside this room (used as prep sink). Dishes are not washed at the 3 compartment sink in this adjacent room, but are brought to the commercial dishwasher and 2 comp sink area in the main kitchen.
Foods in cooler and freezers are covered and protected from contamination
Dry storage area was organized, all foods stored off floor

Range hood serviced yearly, baffles cleaned every 3-4 months
