Room beside main kitchen has various mixers/equipment used by the vendors. There is also a 3 compartment sink and handwash sink inside this room (used as prep sink). Dishes are not washed at the 3 compartment sink in this adjacent room, but are brought to the commercial dishwasher and 2 comp sink area in the main kitchen.
Foods in cooler and freezers are covered and protected from contamination
