General Comments:
Coolers are below 4 degC; foods in the walk-in cooler are covered and time stamped.
Freezers are below -18 degC
Handsinks in the washrooms are fully equipped; all kitchen and bar handsinks are fully equipped. AFIX THE PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER TO THE WALL AT THE HANDSINK IN THE EXPO AREA AND PLACE THE PAPER TOWELS INSIDE THE DISPENSER.
Dishwasher rinse has 50ppm Chlorine.
Glasswasher has 25ppm Iodine
Operator has FS level 1 equivalent certification (Expiry Feb. 27, 2026)
200ppm Quats is available in spray bottles
Temperature logs are being maintained
