Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice water bath exterior plastic container observed to be slightly too small to allow the metal container containing the deep fry batter to be properly immersed. This was swapped out at time of inspection with a slightly larger diameter exterior plastic container. This allowed the much better immersion of the deep fryer batter metal container.
Corrective Action(s): Use this combination of containers.

Liquid soap and paper towels supplied at both hand wash stations.
**Remove and clean grease diffusers on a regular basis ie every 2 to 3 weeks depending on the grease build up.
**Ensure wiping rags are kept fully submerged in the Quat sanitizer when not in use. Ensure Quat solution in changed every 2 hours or more frequently depending on the organic load introduced.
