Observation: The ice machine door is broken and ice is open to contmaination
Corrective Action(s): Repair the ice machine door immediately. Ensure that the ice is not left open to contamination and is covered at all times

Observation: Ceiling tiles have been displaced in dry storage area and have not been replaced

Comments

- Handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap. Paper towel replaced in all dispensers
- All coolers- walkin cooler, two upright cooler- are measured at less than 4C
- All freezers are functional
- Hot holding unit is greater than 60C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 77C during final rinse at the dish surface
- Sanitizer solution buckets is measured at 200ppm quats sanitizer
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- Temperature logs are available for review.NOTE: Maintain temperature logs on consistent basis

NOTE: Please ensure that all your staff whose FOODSAFE certification has expired has taken a refresher course in FOODSAFE level1 to meet the regulatory requirements
