Follow up inspection to report DSOG-ASQTYA
- Scoops are removed from the bulk display cabinets.
- Please post sign that says "NOT FOR SALE".
- The bulk cabinets are blocked off, no access by the public.
- The owner stated that the three compartment sink will be connected to the water supply shortly to meet the Fraser Health Guideline for Sale of Bulk Items.
Note: You are required to have minimum two compartment sink to properly sanitize scoops and bulk display cabinets on site.
- Please contact the health inspector once the three compartment is connected to the water supply. In the meantime, you are not approved to be selling food items from the bulk dispensers.
