CORRECTED VIOLATIONS:
209 (1) corrected - raw foods stored below ready-to-eat or cooked foods.
209 (2) corrected - scoops with handles obtained. *Ensure scoops are stored upright to prevent the handle directly touching the food.
209 (3) - bag of opened flour transferred into a container and placed on storage shelf. *Ensure container is stored on the storage shelf - away from the mop bucket. Discussed with staff on getting an upright container to fit on the shelf with other dry ingredients.

308 (2) corrected - plumbing adjusted - hot/cold running water available at noted staff washroom.

311 (2) corrected - stainless steel cover over the 2 compartment prep sink removed. Use the right compartment prep sink until the stainless steel barrier is installed.

NOTES:
1. Staff indicated that the new test strips have been ordered and will arrive next week.
2. Discussed with staff on prep space. Once stainless barrier is installed, one prep sink compartment must be available at all times for washing vegetables - can utilize space of second prep sink compartment beside the prep table for additional space.
