Produce sink had an air block that was removed during inspection
Staff checking quat concentration 3x weekly. Good
Ensure all staff know how to properly screw in a concentrate refill bottle.
Dishwasher has been adjusted to maintain a longer rinse cycle. Reached 75C internally - excellent
Monitoring logs have been set up to be checked 1-2x daily. Recommend checking internal temperature
