Routine inspection conducted at the facility and the following observations are made: - Home based facility which uses residential kitchen for storing food for residents. - No cooking is conducted. - Temperature of cooler was found below 4C. - Temperature of bottom freezer at -16C. - 2 compartment sink available for dishwashing. - Hot temperature mechanical dishwasher was available for washing personal dishes (Not NSF). - QUATS sanitizer spray was available and the concentration was noted at 200ppm.
