General sanitation is good. Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory. Sanitize the food contact surfaces of the sweet making machine with a sanitizing compound (1tsp unscented bleach per 10 cups of water/ or quats) after washing and rinsing. Paint the raw wood surfaces of the wooden shelf with a washable paint. Keep washroom door close at all times.
