Observation: The pea gravel under the play equipment outside has not been replenished and still appears thin and bare in some areas.
Corrective Action(s): Please provide a plan of action and timeline for when this may be completed. In the meantime, the pea gravel could be raked and distributed more evenly throughout the play area.
