Met with owner and he confirmed ownership is still same and new phone number ( service contact ). Bacteriological water sample submitted ( alkaline and revers osmosis stations - May , 2018). Copy of the results in the file. - Thank you Cleaning schedule/log is available Discussed the frequency of replacing UV lights, filters, ozone and revers osmosis - done annually. Hand wash station - supplied with liquid soaps and disposable paper. NOTE: staff that are not related to the daily operation please remove from this facility.
