-Follow-up inspection to August 11, 2020. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were available and tested at 200ppm. Containers were properly labelled. Ensure spray bottles are relabelled as needed. -Facility is currently serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. Reports were provided for review. Ensure all recommendations of the professional pest control operator are followed. -Majority of cleaning has been carried out in the facility. Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact pest control as needed. -Facility has placed a sign by the bulk foods informing customers to ask for assistance. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
