- All the equipment - dough mixer, sheeter, vegetable chopper, meat slicer - are maintained in clean and sanitary conditions - The sanitizer solution is now available in all spray bottles and is measured at 200ppm concentration - Owner (who has Foodsafe ) is now present. And one more employee has registered for the course this Saturday.
