Routine inspection conducted:

Hand washing sink is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
General sanitation is adequate.
All coolers at or below 4 degrees C (refer to note section for exceptions).
Freezers at or below -18 degrees C.
Foods are covered adequately.
QUATS sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips.
2 compartment sinks used for manual dishwashing.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing cycle measured at degrees 74.6C.
No recent pest activity was noted at this time.
General food storage practice is adequate.
Washroom is in sanitary condition.
Ice machine is in sanitary condition.
Ventilation canopy is in sanitary condition, and next cleaning is due Jan 2, 2022.

Note:
* Coca Cola drink cooler, Beverage-air sandwich cooler and Blue air cooler are planned to be serviced. No potentially hazardous foods (PHFs) stored at this time. Adequate amount of refrigerated food storage available.
** High temperature dishwasher took 10-11 cycles before reaching required temperature. Operator plans to call a technician for service.
