Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aforementioned item. Can opener blade must be cleaned and sanitized after each use.

Observation: Exhaust hood vent observed to have built-up of grease and dust. Next service date indicate July 15, 2022.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize exhaust hood vent. Vent should be cleaned and sanitized weekly by staff. External company coming in every 6 months is not adequate to ensure exhaust hood to be in sanitary condition. Have external company come in to do bi-yearly cleaning. Corrected by: 2 weeks.

Observation: Barewood observed to be used to hang measuring cups, lemon sqeezer, scissors, etc. located next to handwashing sink.
Corrective Action(s): Finish bare wood to ensure non-porous and easily cleanable surface. All food contact surfaces must be of non-porous and easily cleanable. Corrected by: July 15, 2022.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer bucket measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 200ppm chlorine. sanitizing at 100 ppm chlorine solution.
Prep coolers and 2 walk-in coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower.

Overall sanitation is satisfactory.
