Comments

- All hand washing sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bleach sanitizer solution available in spray bottle and in buckets at 200 ppm. Good. Ensure to change buckets every 2 hours, and store wiping cloths in solution when not in use.
- Insides of coolers are now clean. Ensure to clean inside coolers every week
- Temperature logs now available. Record temperatures of all coolers daily.
- Surfaces no longer being lined with tin foil or cardboard.
