Observation: The following requires cleaning:
-food, utensils, and plastic pieces underneath dessert prep cooler, salad prep cooler, and salad dressing cooler
-food between salad dressing cooler and table with hot holding unit on top
-food splatter on wall beside food waste bin
-ketchup spill on wall beside ice machine and outside lid of ice machine
-mould on walk in cooler wire shelves, top of walls, condenser fan covers, and above door
Corrective Action(s): Clean all above mentioned areas. Correct within one week and keep up with cleaning schedule.

309 - Chemicals, cleansers, & similar agents stored or labeled improperly [s. 27]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Red ketchup bottle being used to store bleach in the waitress area.
Corrective Action(s): Operator labelled bottle at time of inspection. If you use a bottle, other than the original chemical bottle to store a chemical, it must be labelled, especially if you are using a container that is commonly associated with a food.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: 1. Missing tiles still have not been replaced.
2. Top of walk in cooler ceiling above door has gap.
3. Wooden board behind front handsink is no longer sealed and the counter behind the faucets is caving in.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Tiles to be replaced within a month.
2. Fill gap between wall and ceiling above walk in cooler door. Correct within one month.
3. Reseal board or replace with easy to clean material and replace counter or install a new hard piece on top. Correct within one month.
