Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Multiple chemical spray bottles were unlabeled. Bottles were labeled at time of inspection.

- Walk in cooler at 2 degrees C. Food is covered and well organized.
- Prep cooler (left) at 1 degree C
- Prep cooler (right) at 4 degrees C
*Note: Prep cooler top inserts added recently as inspection was conducted prior to opening.
- Salad cooler at 3 degrees C
- Reach in domestic refrigerator at 2 degrees C. Upper freezer unit at -19 degrees C
- Front under counter cooler (beverage) at 4 degrees C
- Front under counter cooler (dessert) at 2 degrees C
- Walk in freezer at -20 degrees C
- Hot holding internal temperatures (soups, sauces) at 60 degrees C or more
- Observed ice wand in use for cooling
- Hand washing stations (front, kitchen) supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 78 degrees C at utensil surface (minimum 71 degrees C)
- Wiping cloths stored in bleach water sanitizer at 100 ppm chlorine
- Pest control records on site. Premises is serviced on a monthly basis by a professional pest control operator. Last report dated today (October 26, 2017) indicated no pest activity.
