Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. Mildew observed on the water tray inside the ice machine.
2. Dried food debris observed on the mixer.
3. Five knives stored in the gap of the metal grid stored on top of the 3 compartment sink.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the aforementioned equipment and utensils. Obtain a proper food grade knife rack for storing knives. Correct by: today.

Follow-up inspection:
- Cardboard boxes had been folded and removed from the premise. All hand washing stations were not obstructed.
- Ice machine was maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Mixer had been cleaned and sanitized.
- Knives were stored on the magnetic knife strip.
- Tapioca pearls were stored at 4C.
