Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Inside the ice machine observed to have mildew build-up along the ice-making guard.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize inside the ice machine along the ice-making guard to remove mildew build-up. Do not use the ice machine until the ice machine is cleaned and sanitized. Corrected by: April 22, 2022.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine spray bottles measured at greater than 200ppm as it has bleached out the chlorine test strips upon testing.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare a chlorine spray bottle solution measured between 100-200ppm.

Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize scoops. Ensure all scoops is outside of food container and ice machine.

Observation: Soap dispenser observed to lack hand soap. Temporary pump-style hand soap observed to be near handwashing sink.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Bleach (Chlorine-based) on-site. 3rd compartment sink measured at 100ppm.
Prep cooler, display cooler, stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and chest freezer at back of house measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Meats undergo secondary cooking step.
One stand-up cooler observed to be used for personal food items. Do not store any personal food items with food premise's food items.
In-house utensils cleaned every 1 hour.

NOTE: Ensure to follow Sanitation Plan on daily cleaning and sanitizing underneath equipment to prevent possible pest harbourage. Ensure Staff is able to present valid FOODSAFE Level 1 upon request.
