- High temp. dishwasher was repaired and achieved 75C at plate's surface - Prep cooler measured 8C again. The cooler was inspected by a technician yesterday and he is coming back today afternoon with necessary components to repair the cooler. Foods are stored in the cooler during rush hours only.
