Handwash station in cidery kitchen blocked with paint brushes and had no liquid soap or paper towels. Dishwasher final rinse Cl2 concentration at 100 ppm. Sanitizer available for use in spray bottles. Ensure that spray bottles are labelled. Ensure that all coolers are equipped with a thermometer and daily temperature logs of all coolers used to store food are maintained. Provide list of employees with foodsafe certification by July 15, 2022. Ensure that one staff with foodsafe training is present at all times. Pizza service has been added to the facility without any prior approvals. Ensure that updated food safety plan is provided by July 15, 2022.
