Observation: 1 compartment of display cooler was turned off. Front glass was broken and the gap was taped off. Since this compartment of cooler is connected to 2nd compartment, it may affect the temperature of working side of cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Please repair the cooler to ensure that both sides are able to maintain at a temperature of 4C or lower. Please notify your district EHO once the cooler has been serviced.

Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of coolers recorded at or below 4C.
- Freezer noted at -19C.
- Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm bleach solution recorded in spray bottle.
- 2 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing.
- Food storage practices were satisfactory.
- Random cans checked for expiry date and damage. No concerns noted.
- Permit posted at the front.
- Operator stated that pest control company conducts routine checks.
