- coolers were 4C or colder - freezer was - 18 C - glass washer had a final rinse of 50 ppm chlorine - spray bottle had 100 ppm chlorine - hand sink had liquid soap paper towel and hot and cold water. - no signs of pest activity - General sanitation is good - Staff are food safe trained. - Ice cream scoops are washed after each use in glass washer. - Menu has not changed
